Yankees move down here and pay it... Yes I have see were farms were subdivided and 1 acre lots go for around 45K. What I don't understand is the rules of the sale, no junk cars/tractors, refrigerators are washing machines on the porch,,, no dogs. For that kind of money you could own your own trailer park :wink: and make your own rules. :D
I would say 5 to10K a acre is a deal around here but to buy it at that price you will have to buy 100 acre at the time.
