I stuck with Michelins for many years and never been dissapointed. Bought a Toyota Tundra a few years ago with extra big wheels, 18" I think. Couldn't find Mitchelin tires the right size so I settled for Yokahama and have been very happy with them got 40,000 plus on them. All things being equal I would still buy Michelins otherwise I would not hesitate to buy Yokahama. I cant say the same for Goodyear and a lot of other brands.
