JR I made the post about the 12yr old shooting his 10yr old friend. A BAZARE foot note to this Tragedy. The dead childs grandfather was killed this week while leaving the cemetary on foot, and was struck and killed while trying to cross I87 just north of Albany, NY. He was hit buy a car which stopped and reported the acident. Two 18 wheelers also ran over his body after the initial accident and didn't stop, perhaps thinking the body was an animal or didn't even have time to avoid it, or never knew they hit anything. I do have this question for you JR. What good is a gun locked up in a gun cabinet when you have an intruder in your home and he is between you and the cabinet, and how much time do you have to open a cabinet, load a gun and confront this individual? It all boils down to the fact that if you own guns and have kids, they need to be taught to use and respect them. Kids today do not know the definition of DEAD BY GUNSHOT until they experience it (vidio games with guns should be regulated, as they encourage kids to point guns and fire. No big deal just move to next screen)
