I really question the amount of lives it will save ? And go so far as wonder if it will kill MORE kids because they will be standing back there so thier siblings can see them on TV !
When at the car dealership I saw more with rear end damage with a backup camera then without.
No subsitute for LOOKING where you are going,and if backing up I have been known to get out and look behind me for kids or toys if I'm in an area where kids are know to be. Or if visiting tell someone to watch the kids as I'm leaving.
