I didn't have any problem getting mine straightened out a while back. I contacted the site and they got right back to me and fixed it. I really didn't think it would be a big deal to change my handle if I had too. Always had a spare handle or two anyway back in my truckin days on the CB so just figured I do the same here if needed.
