You've got to remember that we are all human and subject to failure.
If we were perfect, there would be no failure.
We are all concience(sp) of money, but I think we are making a mistake by claiming a deduction for our tithes. If we write a check and drop it in the offering plate, it's similar to shouting it from a street corner. . .
When I was a kid (long ago) I helped take up the offering in our church. Back then you didn't see anyone drop a check in the plate. Now we have to have a check to keep track of our charitible donations (for a tax deduction).
