Arizona has what the state calls constitutional carry,meaning that it is every citizens right to carry a gun, openly OR conceiled, except , of course,for convicted felons,a person convicted of domestic abuse, and all the other common prohibitions. A person can carry openly or conceiled anywhere unless an establishment has a posted sign denying the right, even in a place that serves liquor but you cannot drink if you have a gun. They still issue CCW permits for persons that want to travel to a state that recognizes Arizonas CCW permit.
