There is a radiator pressure tester kit that you might be able to buy the seal for the top of the radiator out of.Try an auto parts store and see if they have anything in a catalog about parts for a radiator tester. Also on a 855 Cummins diesel there is a plug,where the oil is pored in,kind of like a expanding plug for a freeze plug that you might be able to rig up,if it would be the right size.The plug has to seal below where the overflow pipe is.Also you need a regulator to only put about 15 pounds at the most on it.
Maybe one of those expanding freeze plugs would work if you could rig a way to put air in through it.Like a valve stem tapped for a nut and then screw an air coupler on to that,in place of the bolt in the middle.Or drill a hole through the center bolt and rig it to put a coupler on the end.
