Dose the unit have cables opperating the controls from the cab to the pump? If so make sure the bends in the cable are not to sharp,nice gradual arc need or the inner cable get's pinched and won't move properly. I work on the same tyoe off problem with a old western snow plow after 2 day's of working on it I bought a manual and 10 min later I was plowing like a champ. Huh who woulda thunk to read a manual?
