Not at all... Just add water. There's a vid on youtube where Navistar i beleive paid a research company to do some independant (so called) testing of various rigs with Urea systems and at least a couple, including the Dodge 5500 (I think that's the model) would run on plain old water once the DEF tank was emptied of DEF. That sounds real simple to do as long as the water doesn't freeze...
