I guess you mean disengage. I have sprayed them with WD40. It evaporates pretty fast. If you can't spray it drill a small hole in the right direction. Had a 420 JD had to cut a board the right length to hold the clutch down. It was the pto that wouldn't disengage. I actually had my brother hold the petal down and I threw a 24 in pipe wrench on the pto while it was running. Don't do this at home kids these are trained professionals. Vic
