Back about 20 years ago,I managed a Heating AC wholesale parts house and started in a smaller branch and town, 99.9 percent of all the contractors I worked with would not mind waiting a day or so for something you may not have. I was from an even smaller town and so was use to that type cust. service. I later transfered to the city for the same outfit and those contractors wanted it in there hands at thr snap of there fingers. Needless to say about 6 months of that was all my mental health could handle. AS some have said, some people as ust plain A holes.
