When I go shopping it's usually for one particular item. When I've found that, I'm done. I can go to a particular store for one item and be back in 20 minutes. If my wife goes to the same store, it's a three hour social event. Plus, my wife can disappear in a store faster than anyone else I've ever seen. If I turn my back on my wife in a store for 3 seconds, it takes me 20 minutes to find her again.
I buy my own clothes and my wife almost always approves. If my wife and I go shopping for clothes for me, I can guarantee we won't be speaking within 10 minutes.
