I think you are right that the never ending economic growth is unsustainable and does not make much sense, major corporations have been laying off wworkers and cutting costs for years in order to satify wall street demands for increased profitability but at some point there is nothing left to cut and if a company was really doing good and expanding then they would need more people and facilities,not less. Why do you think fuel prices are artificially low? I think the opposite, that taxes have fuel artificially high, what other commodity gets taxed at any where near the rate of most fuels?
