I have seen several of them through the years. It is a good way to get started. After you get a house built you can use the finished space as an office or man cave.
As for brand. I would have to say Morton is a Cadillac brand. They are not cheap but they will last very well. I have three differnt pole style buildings on my places. A Lester, Cleary, and a Morton. The Lester is junk, the metal went bad after fifteen years, had to replace all of the roof. The Cleary is a good mid-quality you can see a difference in the small things, like doors and the latches. The Morton is the oldest, at thirty-one, and it has held up very well and still looks good. Some of the Lester building around here blew down in the high winds we had a few years ago. It was found out that the posts had rotted off about six inches un the ground.
