About twelve years ago a guy I knew had an all steel addition put on his all block garage. The addition was about 30x60 with 10 feet inside hieght. No windows, one walk in back door, only needed three walls and no overhead door because it was an addition. He hired all the work done from start to finish. When it was complete it was ready to work in, he owns auto repair shop. It is very nice and looks great, he said cost was over 50,000 and at that time he said a block building or stick building would have cost about 15,000 less and pole building would have been 20 to 25,000 less. I know he had several contractors giving estimates. Don't know why he decided for the steel building but he was very satisfied.
