Just like pulling off your shirt. After that you need to pull off the skin off of the back feet.
Now you need to pull off the skin on the head. Just pull up and it will come right off.

Now make a small cut in the middle of the back legs. Put your knife blade in that small cut, slide it up to the chest and to the base of the neck. Pull out the guts and cut off the head you are done. It works better if the squirrel is fresh and still warm.
