One like that can be many things and throwing parts at it is not the way to fix it. I would start off by checking spark. Your spark needs to be a blue/white and it needs to jump a 1/4 inch gap or more. If you have good spark then pull the drain plug from the bottom of the carb , catch the gas and let it flow for 5 minutes or so. You need to have a good steady flow of gas there. To reason for catching it. #1 is to make sure it is not full or dirt/rust/water and #2 it just plain costs to much to wast. If you do not have a good steady flow of gas work back till you find where you loose the flow
