I have had mine here in Michigan going on 16 years. When i got mine they were hard to get.
I see a lot of people getting them because they think it is "cool" , it's not.
With it comes a lot of other things you need to think about. Keep in mind it is "not" to be seen .
I carry a Kimber compact 45 every day because i work in the city of Detroit.
Your gun choice has to be small and easy to carry .
We also have a open carry law here which is really a joke because of the grief that comes with it.
When the time comes to use it if it ever does it will change your out look on things.
Think hard before going for it , it can get you in a lot of trouble. The education corse is a great one to take even if you don't get the permit. Take a corse thru a place that knows what there doing.
