The Sheriff told me I could not pen up his cows, because I was stopping them from going back to his farm, if my dog went out on his field and ran his cows he can shoot my dog, but his cows can destory the dam pee and crap in the pond and kill my fish but I cannot do a thing, I think I should be able to shoot them just like he could shoot my dog, I have never put up a electric fence, but will look into it.
