How small you looking for?
I've seen some that would be a tight fit for a skinny man, run on a 5HP briggs engine with pull start, and could go through the front door on your house. I don't know that they can do much more than scrape a skiff of snow off your driveway.
I figure my Case 1537 probably qualifies as a mini these days.
