I'm not familiar with it... but if there's wires there, check for power on them. One should power, the other possibly ground... If no power trace back. I'd guess that there will be a relay in the fuse box along with a fuse for the relay circuit and probably a feed off the ignition switch through a temperature switch (2 blade) that controls the relay... Again, just a guess. So could be a bad fuse, bad relay or bad switch if there's no power at the fan. If there is... could be a bad actuator or clutches in the fan...
