I just saw on the drought monitor that the lower Ohio and lower Mississippi have severe to extreme drought! I wish we could share our water. Must be we've been getting theirs. Here in central NY Jun.Jul.Aug.Sep. averaged 5.65" rain each month! That's almost double normal. Some good crops resulted, but has been difficult to get anything done. Oct. and so far Nov. have been about normal, but the water table is so high all you have to do is spit and it's too wet again.
