It is pure speculation as the underwriters have first shot and then all their friends. By the time we can buy it there is good run up. Then they sell and and make an easy $10 or so per share. We will be stuck with it at the mid-thirties with no buyers and no dividends. I would only buy if could get in and out real quick. But the small guys never get a chance....I've tried before and my order never gets in.
