I had a tank similar to that and I bought it from our local oil company. It was a used tank with a new bottom welded over the old tank. They charged me $25.00 for it delivered. I use galvanized water pipe for legs and angle iron criss-crossed on the legs for support. This was in 1957 when I had a mobile home. I sold it in 1974 along with the tank after renting it for 12 years. It was a 275 gallon tank. When I was in the Army I used a 50 gallon drum and I built a frame to support it. When I was discharged I sold it for &50.00. It still had some kerosene in it. Back then it was about $.15 cents a gallon. Hal
