About scrap price, as below 50 to 100 max. If it has rust how will you make it clean enough to use. They really need to be in the shade to prevent strong evaporation, (not inside) Inside an insulated reflective cover would be good. Be sure you are allowed to put it in use, some governance areas restrict above ground tanks. Some have no regs at all, others do not allow there use. Jim
