Thanks for everyone's input. I have installed many garage doors in my time but never installed a piece door. The spring I need is about 3 inches in diammeter, 20 coils, and about 1 ft long. NO ONE, LOWES, HOME DEPOT, MENARDS, or the overhead door companies in my town have seen anything like this antique. Even online, the one piece doors use a longer spring like ones used on convential doors.

I plan to measure the specs of this spring by attaching a weight to the one good spring I have left and measure the distance the spring stretches. Then I will attempt to buy a set of springs closest to the diameter, coils, length and the K constant, which is determined by the force applied to the spring divided by the distance the spring stretches.
