This happened to me many years ago. I was able to buy one spring and replace it. Wherever you get the spring from make sure you get installation instructions. Putting the right tension on the springs is tricky and you can hurt yourself if your not careful. My door opener is a Stanley and you need two 1/2" round rods about 12" long to turn the shaft the springs are attached to.
