Yeah, I suggested Applebees on Thursday to a friend that I have lunch with once a week- he laughed and said they need to change the name of the promotion to "Unemployed Vets" day- they're the only ones who have time to wait 3 hours for a free lunch. But I suppose there are worse ways to spend an afternoon- telling war stories with fellow vets waiting in line.
