I stopped at HF and brought a few things to the cash register, including a LED trouble light. Before the lady rang it up, I told her I wanted to plug it in and test it, since I didn't know how much light it would put out. She made a big deal that OSHA would not allow them to plug anything in. So I told her that if it was too dangerous to plug in at the store, I sure didn't want to take it home. Is that OSHA thing true, or just a story to keep people like me from trying things out?
