I understand how you feel. I had an uncle that was a POW at Stalag IVb-Muhlberg as well as another who was badly injured in a tank somewhere in France.
However, there comes a time when you have to let it go. That was nearly 70 years ago now. Those who have not been brought to justice will meet their maker at some point here. Nobody really gets away with anything in the end.
You have to consider what Germany has done since then to redeem themselves. They have been a reliable supporter of our causes. They even sent troops to Afghanistan and the Balkans for the first combat outside of Germany since 1945. The current people in Germany are largely not responsible for the sins of 70 years past.
Forgive, but don't forget--always remeber, but don't continue the hate.
