Went to have my 1990 Chev 1500 aligned and the shop refused to do it because he said the tires were too old. The tires are the original ones, but the truck only has 40,000 on it. It was my Dad's, alway parked inside and they look like new from the outside. Plenty of thread left. My questions are: Would he be held responsible if one were to blow out?, like he said he would, and two, If stored right, do tires still get to old to use?
