On most 3pt cutters I've seen the the 2 straps(the ones designed to pickup rear of cutter if center-link is attached) going from mast to rear of cutter are not strong enough to not bend if tall wheel comes a foot or more off the ground.
Most 3pt cutters if operator chooses to attach toplink aren't designed for toplink to be only tight enough to get tailwheel off the ground in the fully raised position but not tight in cutting position. This allows tailwheel to follow contour of the ground as it was designed to do.
