Tart and sweet at the same time. Kinda labor intensive. The trick is separating the juice from the seeds. We use a juicer (Jack LaLane) and use the juice for both juice and jelly. Loaded with anti-toxins. If you use it for the juice, I recommend putting in some sugar/sweetener in it. Google some recipes. It tastes great and is VERY good for you. They sell for 1.00 each in the local grocery stores. We just give them to friends and family.
