Yes, The election of judges is a fight that is just dawning on Americans. We have the power to stack the courts - for or against us. A local lawyer ran for MN Supreme court justice this year and ran radio ads - same as any other politician. He had taken it to the US Supreme Court whether or not he had the right to advertise and won the case but lost the election. Hopefully he will be back next season. Kudos to you Iowans. We The People will determine our mores and morals. Not some no-name, no-face, fancy judges.
