I have just received an email from Robert Mueller FBI Director. No doubt he is a busy man, but I must thank him for having my interests at heart by advising me I have won 300,000 pounds in a lottery outside the United Kingdom. Location not stated. He used his Intelligence Monitoring Network System. In order to get this money I must Pay a Delivery Fee and a Convertion [sp] Fee totalling 350 pounds and wouldn't you guess, it cannot be taken from the winnings.They,of course, have done their possible best to have these fees deducted from the winnings but, alas, too late. The money has been converted into a master card and can only be accessed by me. familiar line??. Is it legal to use the Directors Name for a scam?????
