There is a disease called CAE (caprine arthitic encephalitis) that may be the cause. As someone earlier said, it is contagious, but the rest of your herd (if you have a herd) likely has it, as over 75% of goats have it, but most don't show symptoms. If one has it, they've all been exposed, so there's no point in isolating anyone.
If bute doesn't work, a single aspirin twice/day will often help. Hide the aspirin in a ball of peanut butter, and she should gobble it down.
