I had a belt drive 16 HP one for four or five years that I sold about fifteen years ago.It was a well used 1980 model that I purchased around 1990. It was a great play toy but not for any real work. I spread the dirt around my yard when we built our house and I would tell folks that "it sure beat a shovel" but if you needed real work done fast it could not compete with a real dozer or backhoe. However, you can't put a real dozer or backhoe in your half ton pickup or on a small two wheel utility trailer either. It was well worth it if you want a working play toy. I never had any trouble with it. I just sold it to get more toys.
