I had to go to small claims court to collect a bill. Judge ruled in my favor the other guy said it would be a cold day in ---- before he would pay.I then ended up putting a lien on his real estate. He owed over 300,000 so figured it was a waste of time but three years later the bank tried to sell the property and couldn't until they paid me off. So there is justice for the little guy as I collected interest and milage as well.
