I used to install doors and openers years ago and genie screw drive was the best around then. I would highly recommend a liftmaster screw drive now. Ive had 2 sears openers before (they were already in the houses when I bought em) and the motor is durable but the nylon gears need to be replaced pretty regular. The screw drive is also way better than the chain and cable bouncing around all over the place.
