OK.... I was talking about the Allis Chalmer earlier this month and all its electric BS. The Allis spread the plague to the Ford 600...My cous and I worked on it and got he electrical system working on the Ford yesterday. It was doing fine. last night I tried to crank it and the starter was just a spinning and would not stop..I had to run to the other side of the tractor and pull off the ground wire and now the ground wire melts the post on the battery when I try to hook it back up. I do not want to kill myself while working on this Damn old machine. What is the deal here and what do I do.
