Could be fuel in a cylinder as you pointed out. Could very well be that a piston was up into the bore on an intake or exhaust stroke, and it down't take much. Pull the plugs all at once and try it again. If its hydraulicing, the fluids will be displaced out the plug hole. If thats the case, be careful not to go too fast so as not to bend a rod.
What else could it be? Stuck valve against a piston comes to mind.
