Use a piece of 2 X 2 oak and a big hammer and try to drive out the connecting rod and piston. The sleeve may come with it. I doubt if you will be able to use the old sleeves and pistons. Hal PS: I would use a ridge reamer to cut that ridge if the piston isn't too high in the sleeve.
