Does this happen when the fuel is low?A trick farmers did to prevent tank corrosion from getting into the line was to put a sm. length of line into the top side of the sediment bowl. This ment you needed at least a couple gallons of gas in the tank or it couldnt get fuel. Then the screen and sediment bowl didnt get the crap from the bottom of the tank. May not hurt to take the sediment bowl off and check that and the screen. The screen may plugged just enough to prevent fuel from getting to the carb when under a load.Dont take long to check it out and dont cost anything, this is always a good place to start.Good luck it is flusterating to have a toy you cant play with!!!
