My Wife works for Stafford County Social Services, and some people who realy need it are over income, and they don't do much for our senior citizens anymore.
she gets verbally abused buy persons who are there to work the system and she flat tells them she will indite them for Fraud when she catches them in a lie.
What they need to do is start up the road gangs again get the jail birds out there picking up trash instead of paying outside contractors to do it for starters, and then reveiw every case for welfare indite all of fraudulent ones so we have an ample supply of people to pick up trash along our highways and in our parks.
they could even cut grass along the roadways.
the convicts love to get outside just for a change of scenery and not have bars around them.
