Price will vary with location... here in n/w WI, you'd have to jump on it, or it WILL be gone. Brakes are still outboard drums on 3600, but they should work good. May need shoes and/or axle seals? Or just adjusting. Yes, they were available w/o p/s. Look for a pump on the left front of the engine, just behind the fan, and p/s cylinders onboth sides. Can't help you much with the fuel leak...
