Part (big share) of the problem with new machinery is that it take alot of new money to buy it and here theres more of a shortage of new money then old equipement!!!!! It appears to me that most accidents are due more to human error then equipement being unsafe! Even new equipement can not eliminated poor judgement or lack of common sense!!
