Ok I got a pretty good idea what is going on. Got all the air out of the lines again and it crank and ran like new for 30 min or so.
I got on the tractor and moved 15 feet and sputtering. I took the line from the shutoff valve to the fuel filter off and there is a match stick worth of diesel coming out.
New question is, how much diesel should be flowing out?
