Its been very dry at the farm. It was a dry spring, then got rain in June when its normally dry. July was dry and August unusually hot and dry. Made a mess of the hay season.
Noticed today that even some of the trees were wilting. Had to put out a round bale for the horses. I normally don"t start putting out hay until late October.
We sure could use a good 3 inch slow soaking rain.
