I"m looking at a 1983 diesel International 684. The tractor runs good but has some issues. It runs plenty fast in first and second but won"t go into third or fourth and the steering rod has a slow hydraulic leak. But I"m mostly concerned by something that looks like coolant coming from a diaphram/gasket above the oil filter (on the right just behind two fuel filters). If the head gasket is blown would you pay $3,200 for this tractor?
